A self-help guide.

When asking me to create your auto-attendant rules, do not write all of the instructions using acronyms that you made up on the spot, then leave for vacation until after they need to be ready.

As a bonus you could tell me that you ordered our phone number port. That way I could tell you that you've fucked three buildings because they don't have the new fiber yet (because you ordered the wrong connectors and left for vacation without replacing them), maybe even in time for something to be done about it.

Oh well, I don't care. You know why? Because you scheduled the number ports (and prayed to the gods of MPLS turn-up) to happen during my vacation, so for once you'll have to clean up your own mess. May TISG have mercy on your dimwitted soul.

I love walking out of work knowing a fuse is lit and it is going to blow up on the dude responsible, even better when he thought he might get getting out of it.

I'll send up the flags to warn people but often that just means people sending e-mails to the dude who lit the fuse and then it gets ignored.
