So tonight I'm going to Xi'an. This is the city where they found the army of terracotta warriors. It was the capital during some dynasty or two (or more?). Anyhow, it's supposed to be a cool place. I'll only be there for a couple of days, but I should have plenty to do.

Going to Xi'an meant getting a train ticket. In my last diary I talked about the pain associated with buying a train ticket. It turns out this is mostly a problem during holidays when everyone and their dog is traveling. This time around it was a piece of cake to buy my ticket. I dunno though, it could have been because I went to a different ticket window that didn't have any English writing near it (it really pays to read Chinese).

That's all for now. Hopefully my Chinese New Year diary will be done soon. That was a crazy time.
